Token scheme

Our token scheme is no longer active on our new packaging, however customers who have saved tokens on older boxes will still be able to claim a free box in the same way as before by downloading the token request form here.

The free box will be honoured in the usual manner where six matching tokens need to be collected alongside valid receipts to claim their matching free product of the same size. (See terms below).

If you have been collecting tokens but don’t quite have six matching, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist.

To claim your free Nutravet product simply:

Download the claim form here
Print off the claim form
Fill in the form and attach your nutravet tokens along with a copy of one of your Vet receipts as proof of purchase.
Post to the address shown on the form
Once received, we will ship out your free unit

Terms and conditions of Nutravet’s buy 6 get 1 free offer

We only accept 6 matching tokens from the same product and same size of box – we do not accept mixed tokens. This offer applies to pet owners only. This offer is not available for our equine product range.
All 6 matching tokens must be sent along with the name of your local vet practice, your full name, postal address and daytime telephone number.
Only genuine Nutravet tokens qualify for this offer, if for any reason we believe the tokens received are not genuine Nutravet tokens we reserve the right to decline your request for a free unit.
This offer is only available to customers who have purchased Nutravet products over the counter from an Authorised Veterinary Practice.
Include a proof of purchase receipt from your Veterinary Practice.
